PARTNER WITH YOUR BODY

You don't have to keep trying to fix yourself.

For years, you may have been trying to eat the "right" foods, follow the "right" plan, and make the "right" choices. Yet trusting yourself may have become harder instead of easier.

Over time, it is understandable that you began questioning your body's signals, your needs, your thoughts, and even your own instincts.

What if second-guessing yourself is something you learned, and something you can begin to understand differently?

Learning from yourself, rather than constantly trying to correct yourself, is what makes lasting change possible.

Takes about two minutes. Your result comes straight to your inbox.

“Grounded in science.

Guided by your lived experience.”

A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD

You don't need a new you. You need a renewed relationship with yourself.

That relationship begins with four simple steps that help you pay attention to your experience, make choices that fit your life, and learn from what happens.

What am I experiencing, and what might I need? Make room for information from your body, thoughts, emotions, values, preferences, relationships, culture, resources, and circumstances.

The Restore Self-Trust Method

"There is no failure, only learning.

What you learn becomes new information to notice"

Notice. Listen. Choose. Learn

A repeatable cycle for learning from your own life

What am I experiencing and what might I need?

What you learn gives you something new to notice.

Self-trust goes through repeated experiences of noticing, listening, choosing and learning.

A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD

You don't need a new you.

You need a new relationship with yourself.

Notice

What am I noticing?

Begin with what is happening before rushing to judge, explain, or change it.

Listen

and what might I need?

Make room for information from your body, thoughts, emotions, preferences, values, relationships, culture, resources, and circumstances.

Learn

Was it helpful? What did I learn?

Let the result become useful information for what you

keep, revise, or try next.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most programs begin by trying to change you.

Restore Self-Trust begins by helping you understand yourself.

Instead of asking, "Why can't I stick with it?" you might ask:

What am I noticing?

What am I experiencing, and what might I need?

What is one small thing I could try?

Was it helpful? What did I learn?

There may be more than one reasonable choice. You do not need to get it right before you begin. You can make a thoughtful choice with what you know today and trust yourself to learn from it.

As those experiences add up, you begin discovering that you can learn from yourself. That is how self-trust grows.

This isn't about getting it right.

It's about becoming

more curious about yourself.

"Begin where you are.

There's no wrong place to start."

MEET DIANE

Like so many women who live in larger bodies, I spent years believing the next diet, the next plan, or the next burst of willpower would finally fix me.

Along the way, I learned to question what my body was telling me, push through when I needed rest, and look outside myself for the right answer. The harder I tried to fit all those rules, the less confident I became in knowing what made sense for me.

Things began to change when I became more curious about my experience and less focused on judging myself. I started listening to what my body, thoughts, feelings, and circumstances were telling me. It was hard to hear anything at first. Then I tried small changes and paid attention to what happened.

That process changed the way I care for myself and eventually became the foundation of Restore Self-Trust.

Today, I combine my lived experience, my coaching, and my background in health behavior change to help women understand their own patterns, learn from their lived experience, and make decisions with greater self-trust.

I bring questions, guidance, and support.

You bring the wisdom of living in your own body.

Together, we'll discover what works for you.
