Self-Trust Foundations
A time to get reaquainted with yourself.
A six-week, 12-session guided group experience for turning self-understanding into everyday self-trust.
For years, you may have been trying to eat the "right" foods, follow the "right" plan, and make the "right" choices. Yet trusting yourself may have become harder instead of easier.
Maybe you are no longer sure whether you are responding to your own experience or another rule you have learned. Maybe you are tired of looking outside yourself for someone to tell you that you are doing it right.
Foundations offers a different way forward. Rather than giving you another plan to follow, it gives you a trustworthy process for learning from your own experience.
Foundations creates the time, structure, and support for turning new insights into self-care.
We meet twice each week.
The first session introduces a practical idea.
The second session is when you have time to think about and ask questions about what you noticed, what you tried, what helped, and what you may want to adjust.
The goal is not to teach you the one right answer. It is to help you become increasingly able to direct your own learning and make choices that fit your body, your life, and your circumstances
What Foundations Helps You Do

What You Will Learn
Recognize your self-trust pattern without treating it as a fixed identity.
Notice body signals, thoughts, emotions, needs, preferences, and familiar responses with less judgment.
Listen for what matters in the context of your actual life.
Turn guidance into small experiments instead of new rules.
Make thoughtful choices without demanding certainty from yourself.
Treat results as information rather than proof that you succeeded or failed
Use what you learn to decide what to continue, revise, or try next.
How The Six Weeks Are Designed
Foundations is intentionally paced. New ideas are followed by time to experiment, observe, reflect, and integrate.
Learning happens during our live gatherings and in the ordinary moments between them.

Foundations helps you bring both into the same learning process

Learn one practical idea.

Reflect on your own experience.

Try one small, supportive experiment.

Notice what you learn without judgment.

Build on what works for you.
There is no perfect way to do this. Only the way that best supports you.
You do not need to feel certain that change is possible. You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to share more than feels right.
You only need enough curiosity to begin noticing yourself in a new way. The rest develops through the experiences you have and the learning you make your own.
Trust yourself first.
Confidence will follow.
Understanding yourself is an important first step. Learning how to support yourself is what creates lasting change.
Foundations helps you turn that understanding into everyday life. Rather than giving you another plan to follow, you'll learn how to discover what truly supports your body, your life, and your circumstances.
Trust yourself first.
Your behaviors will follow.
